The beef rub is one of the most versatile rubs I’ve ever had. When I was first given the rub I was told that it wasn’t for smoking but that was wrong. I use it for eggs, ground beef, venison, steaks, and most recently some smoked tri tip. Excited to do some cool stuff with the other rubs! Keep kickin ass Swiss.
